When placing an order with us, you automatically agree to our terms and conditions, so please read them through.

1. We will only send finished work once full payment has been received and you have been sent photos and are happy. If payment has not been received within 3 weeks of completion date all models will become the property of Blightforge studios.

2. We always take a down payment of 50% before we begin a commission. If you cancel a commission for whatever reason this payment will be forfeit and is non refundable.

3. We will not work on previously painted models however if you would like us to strip and clean ready to repaint this is fine but will incur a fee.

4. Blightforge has a particular style and will not copy the style of other artists. Reference images may be sent but will not be an exact copy.

5. Blightforge sends all models securely packages and cannot be held responsible for breakages due to the postal service.

6. The price quoted for a project is not debatable. It’s not something you can negotiate or make a lower offer for.

7. We keep the left over bitz from a project.

8. We believe that most problems can be solved with communication so if you have any questions at any time dont hesitate to drop us a line.
